How does it usually start? Let's go out for dinner tonight! There's good, but it's depressing, and there's expensive and not good... So where is it perfect and is it ever?! We are looking for our top restaurants in Dnipro!

Choosing places for eating out, we pay attention first of all to the assessment and the number of reviews on the Internet. Another interesting criterion for choosing was getting to know the food deliveryman from the service Rocket. From him reliable information about the number of orders and the average amount of the check. It is also important to pay attention to the contingent of people who take orders) There is a difference orders go to dorms or new buildings ... So here we go.

Our main goal is delicious! The priority is given all the same high cuisine, and not cafe and "eateries" for a snack.

Many places in Dnipro are called restaurants, but alas, only a few have the level of a restaurant! Because of the many angry Internet reviews I would like to mention the influence of the waiter on the client's relaxation. The waiter can brighten up or spoil the meal, but only as much as you allow him to) Therefore we exclude the component "the waiter's influence on the evaluation of the restaurant". What matters is the atmosphere of the place and the food itself. Even the prices are secondary in essence... The order always includes 2-3 main courses and 2 desserts with tea, sometimes appetizers, salads and alcoholic beverages (cocktails, wine). Favorite dish by comparison is duck breast or liver foie gras, of desserts cheesecake and tiramisu. We visit establishments in the evening for dinner.

  • Kost (Coast Restaurant & Lounge) - On the eve of New Year 2021 we visited this restaurant. And as they say after a year of searching, we found what we were looking for) The perfect restaurant exists in Dnipropetrovsk - it's Coast. Here everything: high cuisine, interior, great serving, service, etc. Note that there is a dress code - a man in pants will not be allowed)) Inside everything is competently organized, divided into zones - if you want comfort and sofas, austerity and tables... There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers. Food is a separate topic. Tried many dishes, have already been in Old 2020 and New 2021) Duck breast just melts in the mouth) Meat tried weak and strong frying on purpose - it is tender in any form!!! The seafood tastes like it was just caught and cooked, no pre-frozen.... All in all, the cook here is excellent! But there is a minus, with desserts is tight.... All the desserts are just like syrup, with no division into flavors( Tiramisu is made from a bunch of layers of unnecessary biscuit and very sweet mascorpone. The cheesecake is more like an ordinary cheesecake from my childhood like everywhere else) The serving of chocolate cake is great, but again it's like syrup, the sugar interrupts even the taste of chocolate) In summer you can sit by the water on the terrace, in winter in a cozy hall. The prices are not as expensive as everyone writes in the reviews on the Internet. Meat medallions and steak are tasty, served with vegetables and sauces. Portions are not huge, but not small! We recommend to go here safely. In general, the review is positive unequivocally. Kost, Reporter and Artist are all part of the same owner chain, but the level and taste of the dishes are different.
  • Selfish restaurant is a contender to become one of the best restaurants in Dnieper! It was opened in 2020, but the word is already out about it... It is devoted to fish subjects, but fans of meat will not go hungry here either. If Selfish will continue to develop, it will become one more Cost) - the best restaurant in Dnepr! Selfish has a wide range of fish dishes on the menu, very cozy interior, and great service! In addition, there is a summer terrace. We came for dinner on a usual weekday Thursday and by some miracle only 1 table was free! So you'd better make a reservation here. You can especially emphasize sauces in all dishes - delicious! From a minus taste turned out mussels. It was in several dishes, but the taste was ugly everywhere (the desserts were on 5). As for the interior, I want to single out the room with sofas, which is very nice.
  • Buoni Fratelli (Bon Fratelli) - we discovered this place just by the number of orders from the delivery of Rocket) There is very little publicity for the restaurant on the Internet. But those few reviews are extremely positive. Fully confirm it! The interior immediately say - sucks and kolkhoz, even squeaks strongly! But the food is great! The duck fillet was served as a whole, not half as in other places. It was garnished with sauce and figs very nicely. Prices are about the same as in other restaurants, but the portion comes out twice as big) Pasta is certainly a bit dry alas, would have been better served with sauce... The pizzas are okay, but only a couple of times. The cheesecake here is amazing! Order them periodically now just deliver them to the house).
  • Castle is a new meat restaurant in Dnipro on Gagarin Street. August 2021 is the month of opening and discounts of 20% make it even cheaper) It was declared on the Internet as the best meat restaurant, because of the presence of the hopper. Exactly the title "best" did not get) The food is really delicious and the interior is awesome! The owners certainly did not skimp on the designer and have an excellent sense of taste) We took medallions, kebabs and pancakes with meat - all 5 and 5. But a special crust or marinade, have not caught (Ie they have declared about themselves better than there is in fact) Shashlyk in Ne Goryui much tastier. You should definitely come here, the institution has the potential to become the best in Dnipro) Draniki were of unusual taste, it strongly surprised! Do not confuse this place with the restaurant "Old Castle".
  • Abazhur is another little-known place in Dnipro. It deserves a mandatory visit! It is cozy inside, and in the summer there is a terrace. Duck breast is one of the most delicious in Dnepr. Eclairs "empty" with cream - a delight. Prices for the level of service and quality of food - low!
  • Papa Carla - a family cafe with the prospect of a restaurant) Inside the basement is cozy enough, in the summer there are tables on the Dmytro Yavornytsky. Prices are low. The food is tasty at home. There are well prepared Ukrainian dishes. Liked and meat and desserts. The emphasis is on service. There was even a "love note" inside the takeout bag! We recommend a visit for sure. Even the usual dumplings, which neither Kumasya nor Galya Baluwana can cook, are delicious here).
  • Reporter is one of the few places with a claim to be a real restaurant. Although personally I don't like the interior, it reminds more of a theatrical scene from a play about a village... Prices are not low, but not overpriced either. The foie gras and ratatouille are great! Service is of medium quality. The desserts are poor. If you like sugar, you'll love it, but the taste is a bit lackluster. The cheesecake is just a cheesecake baked in the oven. You can safely advise to visit this institution. The assessment on the Internet is close to a solid 5, all negative reviews are due to the misconception that the restaurant is on the first floor... The main confusion is that the first floor is a cafe with a reduced menu and service. The restaurant is on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
  • I swear on my mother - a "restaurant" of Georgian food. The first room looks like a restaurant. The second hall where the kitchen is more like a stable! The main dishes of lamb and veal are sour and cilantro! The meat in all dishes, no complaints, tender! But the acidity of the dishes and the slight over-salt at the end of the meal gives a heaviness in the stomach! The rack of lamb is gorgeous in taste and spice. Shish kebabs and other grilled meats are very tender and quite tasty. Khinkali - juicy and tender meat inside! The desserts are just disgusting))) Khachapuri is so-so. In usual shop on Pobeda, near Silpo they are tastier. Shoti - great substitute for bread, yummy. Number of reviews on the Internet over the top and they are divided into pros and cons) Who likes meat and grilled, then you can safely go here. Do not expect excitement and haute cuisine. Prices can be said low. The analog of the restaurant Le Grill.
  • Le Grill - at first the proximity to the supermarket repulses, but inside it is surprisingly nice. It looks like an ordinary cafe, but the prices are of restaurant level. On a cold fall evening, the tables with sofas by the window are nice and cozy. Before your eyes will be a panorama of one of the most beautiful streets of the Dnieper - Katerinoslavsky Boulevard. Fuagra is one of the best in Dnepr, you can only compare it to Reporter, but here the price is lower. Grilled vegetables are excellent, but the rack of lamb is alas not so good... (it doesn't even come close to Mamma Vlana). Definitely recommend to come here at least once in the evening in the fall, though they work till 22 o'clock only.
  • Spoon - a place that causes confusion feelings) First, you see a real restaurant with a great interior and a relaxed atmosphere. Then follows a 40 minute wait for food in the complete absence of other visitors (the longest waiting time of all the places visited)! Followed by a beautiful serving of food with beautiful decorations. And finally... The taste of the food is disgusting! Rare lamb is not cooked at all, especially after the "I swear by my mother") Soup reminds me of a good old mivina from my childhood. The grilled vegetables are semi raw, with the taste of not fresh food (zucchini crunchy, onions kept giving off fresh phytoncides, tomato had to be cut and bitten...). Fettuccini of half raw noodles with sour sauce. And finally, dessert - cheesecake (an exact copy of Bon Fratelli, but other food there is delicious) and chocolate fondant - delicious! So we conclude, you can have tea and desserts here, but no way to eat).
  • GIANNIVINO - position themselves as an Italian restaurant) Refers to the new establishments of Dnieper. Reminds me of the Reporter. The interior is specific and to the liking. Beginning from the name here all something not so) Popularity at a place is, but why not absolutely it is not clear. On Friday night all the tables on 2 floors were packed. Tables are at each other's heads, with the fact that the food has to put almost on the floor... As a result, people on 1 sq. m. even more than ... The interlocutor on the other side of the table simply can not hear. After we left the restaurant, you could feel this chicken coop in your ears for a while) But in general, this is a European way. In the Netherlands such places are worth their weight in gold. Who needs comfort and romance - don't come here! Moving on to the food) Pinza - a claim to uniqueness, bake it instead of the classic pizza. You end up with the same bruschetta / sandwich, but a bigger one! It's not a pizza! We tried two kinds of pizzas. One was with special meat after marinating, frying, etc. - No special flavor!!! The assortment of dishes is very weak. Of the main 5 dishes we tried two. One consisted of 2 pieces of meat and the third piece was bone!!! cleverly covered with sauce. It was so visually accomplished that they brought 3 pieces of meat))) Italian risotto the local chefs probably haven't tasted anywhere near - in a restaurant it's thick rice porridge with a parody bolognese sauce) The second course consisted of a piece of meat from the looks of it, as again it was covered expertly with sauce. In fact it was a piece of lard with a layer of meat! The desserts were a final failure! Tiramisu without the savoyardi filling! The filling is straight up interesting, what was used - it looked like vegetable cream from a can. The tiramisu just flowed on the plate!!! Cheesecake looks like it was stored for a week in a musty refrigerator with open meat dishes) The wine list is large, but by the glass there are only 2-3 wines from white and red, only dry. On advice we took a less sour white wine - the result - donkey piss (probably))). My cheeks cramped and I had no desire to drink it at all. Not advised to visit at all!
  • Do not grieve - a restaurant of Georgian cuisine in the amusement park Lavina. Inside the restaurant interior of course is very reminiscent of the school canteen. There is live music and a place for the dance floor) Once visited, then we order food through the delivery service Raketa. Chebureks, chir-chir and kubdari are delicious and perfectly the same every time! The grilled vegetables and veal kebabs are very tasty. The prices are quite low. It's not haute cuisine, but meat lovers will appreciate it. Analogous to the restaurant I swear on my mother.
  • Puri Chveni is another Georgian restaurant. The grilled duck, khachapuri and eggplant zakaski were delicious. The meat, however, did not have a very pleasant "tandoor" flavor for some reason. Desserts are edible, but not delightful) Inside, again with an open kitchen. In general, to the amateur. Visible, but no more. Prices are low. It is necessary to come here a big company, especially on weekend or holidays. Then the feast will be in the basement with the same large neighboring companies and by the end of the evening everyone will be so familiar, and the restaurant will be the best place to relax!
  • Guria - another restaurant of Georgian cuisine) visited at Starokozatskaya 12, although read reviews of Nadezhda Alekseenko, 112) Judging by the reviews at N. Alekseenko fun and relax in a noisy company. I did not like it very much on Starokozatskaya. The food seems to be tasty, but to say that the menu is poor - is nothing to say. The food was served in 50 minutes and was usual khachapuri... There is no Georgian atmosphere at all. We have been there twice... So the experience is the same and stable) They didn't even let me finish eating in the evening and just kicked me out at 10 PM... Wouldn't recommend visiting at all(
  • Saperavi is another restaurant of Georgian cuisine. It's in the courtyard on Pobeda, near the ring. We took takeaways. The overall impression is positive. The prices are not high. Khachapuri is tasty, Chkmeruli certainly were not to the taste, but maybe so cooked once) Grilled vegetables were one of the best, where tasted - a real assortment and tasty cooked. Desserts were rather poor, as in all Georgian restaurants in Dnipropetrovsk. Napoleon is not even worth taking. In general, you can try the cuisine, there are edible dishes. Ajarian khachapuri with meat you must try in Saperavi. Such harmony of meat, cheese and dough!
  • I want plov is a restaurant of Uzbek cuisine. It is situated on Pravda Ave. on the left bank - far away, but worth going there! All cuisine is made of meat, very delicious and well cooked. Pilaw is gorgeous! You can come here both together or with a noisy company - the feast will be great. The best hall is the one with carpets. In winter you can enjoy the warmth of fireplace and dim light - it's just great)). In spring and summer there is a place to walk around, there is a real forest nearby. Portions are big cheap - 3000 uah for 5 with two bottles and wine, how many dishes were hard even to say - about 10!
  • Gulyai Pole is a restaurant with real Ukrainian cuisine! It is located outside the city of Dnipro, but if you want to have a delicious dinner in nature, then you should definitely visit this restaurant. If you want you can spend the night here, the cost of houses about 2000 USD. The area is not large, but everything is competently organized and looks very cozy. All houses and pavilions are located in a pine forest! The food is very tasty and the prices are not high for this quality. 1000 UAH. for two people it will be a mega dinner! Dishes from the oven, especially the meat is awesome!
  • Khata Podoprigora - Ukrainian cuisine restaurant / goriya (from the owners Gianni vino on Yavornytskyi). Caused mixed feelings. What made the conclusion that the owners are clearly good, as they are trying to create a picturesque place, you just need to work a little more and they will succeed) The waiting time of the order from 40 minutes, when the place is loaded with 5-6 tables, a couple of people at each. After such a long wait they serve half-cold steak! When asked why it was cold there was no answer... They can't cook meat here. The steak was in the form of a "boot", but it was eaten. But the duck fillet, the meat was bleeding and smelled terrible! The waiter didn't even argue and took the dish away. It was not included into the check in the end. This is a plus, of course, but the question remains as to why they cannot cook meat... The menu is extraordinary and it's a pity that it is not so typical. The dishes are surprising, in a good way. Since the dish is made completely of celery - dasher or something like that, it is something delicious, though cosmically expensive))). About 300 UAH for a couple of pieces of celery. But the price is not really important here, since the dish is a respect from conception to realization! Desserts are a surprise with delight! Cooking buckwheat and spinach for dessert is how you ask, but Podoprigora knows and knows how. There were only two desserts, but they were unusual and worthy of your attention. Of course there are some remarks on the placement. The area is beautiful and cozy, on the green lawn. The bar is located on the right side of the lawn and the dining area is rather beautiful as well. The waiter, a girl who works here, is extremely unusual and interesting; the only similar level of waiter we met was in Bartolomeo! In general as a summary, it is still worth to come here and form your own opinion, but you must take all sorts of unusual dishes, avoiding steaks and meat in general)
  • Winovnik (Winovnik on Dmytro Yavornytskyi Street) - it is definitely not a restaurant, rather a cafe. They are generally positioned as a bar. To visit it once is necessary! The place stands out against the background of others. It seems there is a competent organizer of the whole process, hence the dishes are not usual, nice waiters and service! From the street, the place looks cozy, we noticed it, passing by. Inside, in fact, not so cozy) Neighborhood of a liquor store is very unimpressive. But we hit that the store was closed - everyone left and turned off the lights, and we only got our food. We also asked for the lights to be turned off above us. As a result, we dined by candlelight, watching the New Year's Eve st. D.Yavornitskogo) The wine list here is really decent, you can even buy wine from the Sterns! Serving dishes and their composition really surprised - had to ask the waiter that the composition, very unusual ingredients) All delicious, but not cheap, as for a cafe. Well or portions are small for the price) And such a trifle - the guys waited 30 minutes after closing while we finished eating...No one said a word. Unlike, for example in Guria, they just wrapped our food and asked us to leave.

  • Flagman Fish & Seafood is a store and restaurant - two in one. We took sushi to order. Not cheap, but really liked the taste of all kinds. Sushi all absolutely different tastes, especially delicious with eel and warm rolls. Large assortment of exactly fresh fish, which can immediately cook it for you. Surprisingly, it's pretty nice inside and doesn't smell like fish, fresh or fried! We recommend stopping by at least once and forming an opinion. People also praise the neighborhood wine store, which has decent wines. You can buy wine right there for the store's prices, not the restaurant's.
  • Confetti is where the tastings started. The interior here in all restaurants of the chain is quite nice and cozy. Prices are low, with sufficient quality of food.
  • Bleacher's Mice is fun to eat at. Reviews on the Internet are high, the number of those willing to discuss it is also plentiful. In general, came in October 2020, the door is closed. On the phone said the restaurant is closed and the phone is now answering questions about some pizzeria.
  • Lvov croissants on Dmitri Yavornitsky - yes it is the usual modification of the good old hot dogs) delicious food students. Lovers of high cuisine is not recommended even to try!
  • Naked Chef - in and out) The place is more for smoking hookahs rather than food.
  • Varburger is a cafe, but the food is delicious) The duck tacos are tough, but good for my money. It's a snack place, not haute cuisine.
  • Kumasya is a dumpling and dumpling shop. Boiled dumplings simply disgusting in taste) boiled all stuck together until they were delivered, that is, durum wheat and does not smell. Pancakes are the usual. Not recommended. Pusa hata - the same food with a lower price tag.
  • Halya Baluwana - varenyaya, stated as a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine. How sad that Ukrainian cuisine is represented only by such places as Galya Baluwana, Kumasya and Puzata hata. A foreigner, who looks for the local cuisine, will get a distorted picture of the national Ukrainian dishes. The assortment of Galiya Baluvan and Puzata Khata is quite solid, but the quality, alas, leaves much to be desired. The prices are low, but the quality is not high. You can "fill up" the belly, if you do not care what) even the taste is bearable, but it all seems to gravitate to the taste of dough! Draniki is a pathetic parody of a meal (made of finely grinded potato mass or something else...). these tortillas are made. Dumplings made of paper inside) pancakes are probably the most delicious) for 400-500 UAH you can eat for two. The ingredients do not leave any nasty aftertaste and at that thank you)
  • Puzata Hata is a canteen! Puzata hata also differs from city to city. We were in Puzata Hata in Kiev and Lvov on the occasion of transit. After that we decided to visit it in Dnipro. In Dnepr it is a real dining room with not tasty food.
  • The Doner is an institution in Babylon and on Gagarin street. So, the doners are very tasty in Babylon, they are juicy and harmonious there. Favorite food of students).
  • Double Decker - "desserts in Dnepr", this phrase is the conclusion of this institution. Have tried 80 % of the assortment, only mousse with quinoa had to taste. That's all ... I don't recommend even to try it for gourmands. Student institution.
  • Viden is an atmospheric place. Nothing out of the ordinary, but does not grab stars from the sky. Optimal price, quality and interior, but more like a cafe.
  • Pepperoni - Cafe with mediocre reviews as well as the food. Tried the pizza and desserts. - The institution closed in 2020.
  • Dollar - a cafe-type place. The prices are low and the atmosphere is of a cafe level, but the food, oddly enough, is closer to restaurant! The turkey breast and grilled vegetables are delicious. The lasagna, though, is a 4-, but the desserts are quite tasty. There is a wide variety of desserts. Although they are all basically the same, but you can stop in here sometimes for tea. There's a Big Mama's next door, which is the same level.
  • Black Sheep is an "Asian cuisine" restaurant. Do the chefs in this place even eat Asian food themselves? Mango rice is just rice porridge with asparagus, etc... The key word here is "porridge". In Thailand, Sri Lanka and India, the one to one rice is completely crumbly, not sticking together in a single lump! A diner inside with disgusting food!

  • Pasi-ju is a "French cuisine" restaurant. And again they don't know how to cook... Prices and food are cafe level - low cost, low quality. French desserts clearly neither the chef nor the owner ate. Their desserts are just desserts from the Silpo store! Fillet of duck looks more like a boot or the food of an unskilled hostess who tries to cover up the mischief of the kilo with a sweet sauce. But the interior is great, the atmosphere and music is 5+) But how do you go here? You can't even have tea and desserts. Not recommended, alas, not at all.
  • The Senator is a posh place with ordinary food and a "limited" menu. There are two lounges: for smokers and non-smokers. Inside is normal, but not cozy enough. In the smoking hall of course there is a stench not only from hookahs but also from regular cigarettes. From food I didn't really like anything. The price doesn't correspond to the quality of food. Cheesecake is tasty, but half as much as in Bon Fratelli.
  • Soho - the first opinion creates a real restaurant. In the end, the terrace room is a smoking room, it is not possible to be there. The non-smoking room is between two doors that open back and forth all the time and it stinks inside like a train station!!! The menu is only electronic with a QR code. Lots of seafood, pizza and sushi, but the classic restaurant food is a limited selection. There are only names on the menu without any indication of what is on it - how to choose is not clear at all. Portions are big and prices are average. But do not want to stay there ...
  • Country Pizza - delicious pizza and food at low prices. Not high cuisine, but you can try it) Favourite dishes - pizza Ukrainian and Don Carlione, pasta Carbonara. There's delicious dough and fairly normal toppings, though the ingredients are cheap.
  • Govinda is a vegetarian restaurant in Dnipro. Dishes are not usual, but delicious! Who likes to try something new, then order from here the food and desserts. Why order because the interior is the level of a dining room, sitting there is no romance) But the dishes with soy asparagus (fuchu) to taste recommended - difficult to distinguish from the poultry or mushrooms in taste ... If you like a variety of desserts and not just sugar, then feel free to try the Indian cakes that Govinda has in its assortment.
  • Giuseppe - (on Artema) We heard about the pizza from here. In the end, tasty, but for once. The dough is tasty, but there are almost no ingredients on top. The basis of flavor of the entire pizza is the sauce and cheese. (At Pobeda) Tried 4 different pizzas and a salad with grilled meat. Did not like anything! No toppings, dough is not good!!! The sauce is regular canned. Salad with a disgusting taste( Network of establishments one, and the level is completely different.
  • Pizza 360 - expensive pizza here for its quality. The most interesting thing is that there are a lot of toppings ingredients and everything is expensive. But the feeling is that this pizza was made by a novice housewife) Everything on top is just poured in pieces. The dough is dry and tasteless! The sauce is the usual tomato sourness. Carbonara is something else... but the signature 360 with beef jerky - yuck! The lasagna is not worth the price. The inside is nice, but no rapture, so I can't recommend it.
  • Wood-fired pizza (near Babylon) - looks like a diner and the prices are low. But if you compare the price - quality, then here the stars are not grasped from the sky. There are a lot of fillings and expensive ingredients, alas, the dough is dry and tasteless. Suitable for "passing by and hungry").
  • SiSi - they are called an Italian restaurant. But in fact it is an ordinary cafe with average-high prices, but a good marketer. For 1000 hryvnia order we were given wine. The question is why? Dust in the eyes! Because the wine, even if it is Italian, but its rating at Vivino 2,8... It is sour and tasteless. The portions are not large. The food is all edible, but in the dining room is also good). The pizza is something else, the dough is rubbery like a boot! The toppings are kind of okay, but no harmony. All the filling just comes off the dough when you bite into a piece. Inside, exactly a student cafe, something like a bar Blame on the prospect of Yavornitsky) Recommend to visit - no definitely.
  • Edburg (at Baikalskaya) - "Greek restaurant"? No and again no! Diner with a beautiful facade. You can come here in a company of 10 people with very strong drinks and arrange a nostalgic disco in the 2000s. Prices are overpriced for what's inside and including the food served. The meat tastes good, but no excitement. As for the serving of food... You just don't hear about that here. Pancakes were cooked in old butter( Not recommended definitely!
  • Magnana wine shop&bar - only here for the wine and only in bottles. But the prices are really overpriced, i.e. better to choose specialized wine stores like OK wine, Vintage Market, etc. Wanted to order - no meat, no dessert. Wines have a minimum volume of 125 ml. You can't even order 50 ml each. There is a wine list but you can't try it - you have to take it and drink it straight away... Coffee is disgusting( I'd rather go to a coffee house nearby, the White Arrow...) We tried a hamburger and potatoes in the village - all in the garbage, in McDonald's even better hamburger)
  • White Arrow - a cafe / coffee house on Victory. Nothing unusual, except... Very tasty coffee, which is also in the range!
  • Anna Pavlova is a cafe/coffee shop on S. Efremova Street (next to Abazhur and Artiste restaurants). A place from the owners Janivino and Podoprigora. Once again we were convinced that the institutions are colorful. The desserts here are varied, from pastries to rawhide candies, with and without sugar. Prices for desserts are of course high and not quite justified by the quality. You can visit the place at least once. I liked hummus and napoleon) Earlier we tried raw desserts in "Trava". There's a reason they don't have an establishment, just a website and pickup by phone. Grass really is grass))) All the desserts are in the form of frozen foods, like "cheesecakes and ice cream." They absolutely all taste bad!
  • Lviv Workshop of Chocolate - cafe / coffee house on the Avenue D.Yavornytsky. It is a must visit for those with a sweet tooth. Prices are not cheap, but the quality is excellent! Chocolate in pieces melts in your mouth, not in your hands) sweets with marzipan, nuts, etc. chic! In general, the institution is designed specifically for chocolate lovers.
  • Sushi Yum-Yum - tasted sushi from an institution on Blvd Slavy (Podeba-5). It is possible to stuff a belly, but as a result you will have heartburn. It is edible, but did not like it. The rice is a thick layer, the stuffing miserable. The price is not great, but the quality is not high. Not even worth a try.
  • Sushiya - good sushi! Optimal combination of price and quality, not cheap, but well made! We have taken it many times before, when it was near Most City and now we take it in Passage. It is quite cozy inside too, though without anything special. Recommended to visit. But the best sushi is "Flagman".
  • Sapporo Ichiban is a Japanese restaurant. Another name that you can't remember, can't pronounce... Inside is nice enough, but not a lot of space. The summer terrace is cozy, but overlooks the road and the neighboring house. The food is tasty but the prices are clearly overpriced. The food is very good but the prices are high. The sushi rolls are made of quality ingredients: little rice, lots of toppings. But the price is overpriced for the amount of food by a third exactly, compared to Sushiya. This place lacks zest, nothing to latch on to. The prices are high, there's no brightness of taste, no wow effect from the place itself... You can come once to make your own assessment. Try other dishes as well. Noodles with duck was a normal portion, adequate price and enough Japanese taste) You don't want to visit the second one, but maybe you will like it...
  • Banzai is another sushi place. Sushiya level, but still taste better in Sushiya. Prices are about the same, not low, but also not overpriced.
  • Karusel - a cafe/home restaurant on Pobeda. Were surprised by the fairly high quality of meat dishes. Prices are low for their quality. You can safely try their cuisine. Do not expect special tastes and service, but the price is appropriate. There is a covered, fenced summer terrace in the greenery.
  • Delicious is a place that works exclusively on home delivery of pizza and sushi. In taste and number of ingredients pizza is very similar to the pizza Country (Victory). The range is very large! Conformity quality - price stood at 100%. The pizza is not expensive, about 140 USD. for 30 cm in diameter. Many toppings, but it's all cheap. If they add a premium segment, it would be very interesting. While their food is cheap, but of low quality, just to fill a belly, without gustatory pleasure.
  • Instafood - Pizza and sushi to go. The prices don't match the quality. The taste of the pizza is cheap and not good. A lot of toppings, but the feeling that poured from the fridge, not even thinking whether the taste harmonizes ... The pizza dough and desserts are disgusting. We don't even recommend to try it.
  • ECO&PIZZA Pizza - Pizza and sushi to take away. Perhaps it is a contender for the title of the best pizza in Dnepr. They only need to refine the composition of the dough. With toppings guys did a great job! Mushroom pizza is tender, and the cheese rim of Philly - is something) Also, on a spicy pizza, an interesting side of the sausage, but there would also improve its quality, leaving the products from the soy ... I wish they would have done a premium segment and added quality ingredients, even raising the price. As of today, price - quality = adequate. We recommend trying several variants at once. By the way each pizza has its own flavor, as it should be)
  • Everyday Coffee & Cakes - a cafe pastry shop is located on Heroes Avenue, Victory Square -5. They sell desserts in jars) At first glance unusual, but tasty! You can buy here napoleon...in a jar, do not expect from it a classic taste, but you will definitely like it. Be sure to visit here.

  • Baku Dvorik is an Azerbaijani restaurant on Sokol (one of several branches along Dnieper). Service is really the worst in the city. You can make an order at the third time, the calls are simply not answered and do not call back. The only ones who ask for advance payment when ordering on the phone, and on arrival have to prove to other people that you have made a prepayment, because they want to take the entire amount. That would be all right, but the food sucks! Shah pilaf looks nice and the meat is not tough enough), but ... they obviously dropped a salt shaker in it! The pork dish is tough!!! Pork is tough, you really have to try hard to make it that way. Not recommended.
  • Bene is an Italian restaurant on Pobeda. This place was opened in 2021. Inside is quite cozy without any extravagances. The prices are average. The quality of food is good. The meat and the pizza are well cooked. The pizza ingredients are all of high quality! The cheesecake is tasty, though a little too much sugar. Definitely recommend to visit for a tasty meal. There aren't too many such places on Pobeda yet.
  • Rise-RISE is a karaoke restaurant or a nightclub for "adults". There is also a new place in Dnepr 2021. Either too much expectations were pinned on it, or it just turned out to be a usual well-publicized place. Were on Friday night. There are a lot of seats, but division into zones isn't present. There is one common room around the stage. As a result, there are tables with couches under the wall - it's most cozy there, tables with couches along the place - it's drafty all the time, next to the children's room and the entrance to the kitchen... In the center of the room are all the other tables with chairs, reminiscent of the institution from the program "New Year's Eve fires of the 90's." The institution is more suitable for New Year's celebrations or mass celebrations. The lighting is arranged quite beautifully! If you want a romantic dinner for two, this is not the place. You should go here with a big company, with a lot of alcohol - to "hang out". As for the food, alas, the failure of all the dishes. The prices are ordinary, but the quality is not satisfied! The meat medallions reminded me of goulash! The desserts were not edible at all. Only grilled vegetables were ok to eat. There were also a couple of hot appetizer dishes with exotic names - porridge with something and a pseudo bun of styrofoam... Didn't like it at all(
  • Le Grand, Cafe 1920, Roadhouse, Market Relations, Zeffirino, Onur Bakery, Nabuhiko, WHITE Coffeebar, Old Pal Bar, SunRay, Iron Pot Cooking Rice, Bar Where Everything - remain undescribed, but are on the waiting list to visit)

In the summertime, the goal was beautiful places with the opportunity to eat delicious food and this is what came out.

Panoramic cafes / restaurants with views of the river / city of Dnipro or with a terrace - Dnieper Restaurants 2020 - 2021:

  • Kost - described above. We will visit the summer terrace this year)
  • Bartolomeo - it's already such a level institution, which can safely recommend to good friends) The taste of the food depends on the dish: duck breast is excellent, the sea assortment of shrimp, sponges, octopus, etc., more like "something" of a single taste in a sour cream sauce ... Maybe we're just comparing it to seafood cooked in seafood countries where it's all fresh (France, Thailand). It's also ambiguous with the desserts. Tiramisu is delicious, but there is so little of it! A couple of other desserts I didn't even want to finish, they were too ordinary... The atmosphere here is great. On the pier you can chicly relax in a romantic atmosphere. Near the stage there are tables cozily placed with the cultural program on weekends and holidays. Prices are closer to high, portions are small. The taste of the food is average, closer to high. The rating from the internet is close to 5 and it seems to be true.
  • The artist - according to reviews on the internet is known to be good. The question is why? Three floors of either a museum or a theater with tables. A time machine of the old days - for the lovers of palaces with all sorts of junk. This is inside, and outside on the terrace under the side passes the streetcar) A compliment from the chef consisted of a sprig of celery and tomato juice - it was funny! The foie gras was small, but okay, but why with blood?!!! The risotto was tasty without complaint. Two kinds of desserts were salty rather than sweet for some reason. Alcoholic cocktail consisted of chunks of oud and something like 25% of the liquid in the glass. On the angry review on google, we were offered to come again)). Not for free, but just offered! The question is, if you are not happy with the food, why would you want to come again? Rating from the Internet is close to 5, but it is not clear why!
  • 188 Safari is a posh place for elite hangouts of young bigwigs. There is no other way to put it. The interior is great, the views are gorgeous. But the food is expensive and not tasty. We had duck breast and ravioli. The breast was tough and covered with sweet jam! The ravioli are just dumplings from a packet. The desserts were disgustingly sugary and tastelessly made. Tiramisu you didn't even want to finish! The music is very loud and the whole atmosphere is more like a nightclub than a restaurant. The rating from the internet is close to a 4.
  • Camelot is an ideal restaurant for a summer visit. Because of the low rating on the internet I had a preconceived notion. But when walking along the new promenade we were thrilled with the tables by the water! We went in July 2021. We booked a table just by the water, we came at 20:00. That way we enjoyed the mild sunset, had a delicious meal and left before the crowds of mosquitoes) From the table there is a gorgeous view of the new promenade down to Sentosa Wake Park. Prices are average, closer to high, but the quality makes up for the cost of food. The meat here knows how to cook! The medallions were great, the duck fillet is good enough. The main thing is that every dish is served with something extra, then the sauce, then asparagus with bacon, etc. The pasta with rabbit is good. The desserts were not particularly enthusiastic, but still tasty 100%. There is no excess sugar, which is important. The waffles really are a bit dry. Definitely recommend to come here at least once. Dinner and rest turned out good.
  • You will not think too much - a new institution on Ekaterinoslavsky boulevard in the heart of Dnepr. It is located closer to Le Silpo. This is a fenced high glass area restaurant / cafe. It works only during the warm season. Alas, the name does not reflect the reality in favor of the client) Because it seemed a little on the number of food and just a little did not seem to the price tag))). The menu is very poor, the food is usual, portions are small and as a result the price tag seems high. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great! There is a sofa in the corner near the fountain with foliage overhead and the Bosphorus glowing with lights - very nice and cozy. You'd better come here for a glass of wine, a cup of coffee and a hookah. Tartilla is made by a housewife, mussels in the plate can be counted on the fingers, kebab without a preliminary marinade! Cheesecakes with salted caramel seemed like a warmed-up half-finished product( Baked avocado - half an avocado, two cherry tomatoes inside and a piece of cheese on top - it was all just heated up in the microwave! In general you can come here once to form an opinion, but definitely not for dinner, but for relaxation.
  • Rio - They don't know how to cook food. The duck fillet was bitter and the cooking was weak. The vegetables on the grill smelled like some kind of oil... The wine was served ice cold in October, when it is not hot outside. The desserts were surprisingly ok - pancakes and bébécois. It is easier to go there for a coffee on the terrace by the water with desserts. Eating here is definitely not. Prices are low. The interior sucks from the 90s. The views on the pier are great! The rating from the internet is close to a 4, but here is a clear 3.
  • Sunny Beach - not much to say here. Can't cook. Paying for that to sit near water, so it is easier to sit on a bench simply on the quay.
  • Riviera - after experience with "Bereg na Solnechnoe" I did not want to go here. As they look like two peas in a pod.
  • Home park - a cheap cafe. There is an optimal combination of tasty and cheap, but it is not haute cuisine. It can not be compared with restaurants.
  • Letchik - a cafe for regular meals, with panoramic views of the center. Comparison with restaurants is not possible.
  • Uchan-Su - reviews from the internet just pushed away from visiting this place.
  • Ostrov - Café, you can not compare with restaurants.
  • Highlander on the waterfront - Cafe, it is impossible to compare with restaurants.
  • Aquarelle - Cafe, impossible to compare with restaurants.
  • Mimino - Cafe, you can't compare it to restaurants. From a series a la "Water-colour", "Highlander". We took a meat pan, you might as well have chewed gum or plastic)
  • Khutor - The reviews on the Internet did not inspire to visit.
  • Baron Razgulyayeff - The reviews on the internet did not inspire a visit, the rating is close to 3! A place to drink beer and sausages at a high price)
