Recreation bases in Orlovshchina are recreation in a pine forest on the bank of the Samara River. All camping sites are divided into two sectors. Going without a reservation during the season (as we did in July 2020) is not worth it. We drove, on a Friday evening, all the campgrounds from the upper sector, on the map below. First, we went to the ultimate Lesnoy boarding house. There's an eco-trail along the boardwalk around the island. The photos from people's reviews are beautiful. But there was no room and with dogs are not allowed. Further we visited all, pointed by arrows, camping sites. Only one had a room for 2 people at 1250 uah. But we were 5 people and a dog)).
Driving at night through the pine forest under the headlights - it's truly magical! The edges of the broadest trees close the crown of the top completely, that you can not see the sky... Fairy tales and magic come to mind!!!
We were sheltered by tourism center "Prolisok" - room 200 uah for two. Oh, what a room it was)))) We went to the room by morning, when it was light... I really wanted to sleep, so I could not see the interior) In other words, settle in such rooms makes no sense. It's easier to take a tent and stay at the campsite. There are some normal cabins at the same camping site, but you can't get into them without a reservation. The next day no one drove us out by time, we left by ourselves at lunch. On the territory for each family has a covered gazebo with a barbecue. There is also a common kitchen, shower and toilet. That is, if you came to "pogudet" all night a very noisy company with shashliks and music, it's not even bad to come here) If you need a quiet holiday and cultural atmosphere, the place can look for more. To come to Prolisok no more would be desirable, but rest at us there has turned out very even excellent! The beach at Prolisok small, but it is cozy. The camp site itself is located in larch, no pine trees.
We arrived in Prolisok about 22 hours and began to have a cultural rest) So somewhere until 6 am, then slept until about 10 o'clock. Then, having come out on a beach of Prolisk, we turned on the left and went on a way along a fence. This path is very narrow, dirty and smelly... But it's the best option to walk along the promenade all the camping sites and see the beaches. Near the campground Sunny walkway already turns into a "promenade" and it is quite comfortable to walk here. We passed Solnechnaya and Gornyak. We came to a dead-end house, which is impossible to walk along the water, and turned back (green arrow).
The tourist bases we saw (Solnechnaya, Gornyak) didn't differ from Prolisk in essence. Is that the beaches they have "big" and crowded - as sprats in a jar. Well and the houses more civilized already. A special plus is the location in the pine forest directly. But so, especially I did not like anything to want to come next time and stay there. In addition to the campgrounds shown on the map, it seems there are no more "campgrounds" with their own beaches. But all in such condition that is suitable only for 1-2 days. For a week there is no way...
When we were students, we vacationed at the Oak Grove camping site, it's near the Golden Beach. There are a lot of oaks there, no pine trees and sovdep in full swing... In June 2021 we visited the camping house "Golden Beach". The construction and association with the tourist base "Kozatsko Selo" is in full swing. In the summer of 2021 on the camping house Golden Beach can only come for a day visit. While there is no special place to live and there is construction everywhere - noise and dirt. But the potential of this place is colossal! It will be the second "Hudson" maybe even at the end of this summer) There is even a water slide! Daytime visits are possible without any reservations. You can just come, dial security, they will let you in at the reception. There you will pay a deposit of 500 UAH per person. Parking is free in a closed area. Please note that you can't bring pets with you at all. It's very easy and comfortable to spend the deposit money) You can rent water transport - kayak, boat or catamaran. We took a catamaran - 100 UAH/hour. We went in the direction of the guesthouse Lesnoy, but in an hour we swam to the beach of the village Haschevoye and turned back. For the second hour we swam in the other direction to the tourist base Prolisok. A catamaran with a canopy, so the rain and the sun are not terrible! After 2 hours of walking on the river we went to a local restaurant, which was vegetarian. Went wary, wondering what there was to eat). In fact, Golden Beach is worth a visit if only because of this restaurant! A delicious dinner on a green terrace. Great views, great food and not expensive! 900 hrn for two for dinner without alcohol. The dishes are chosen competently and very tasty. After dinner you can walk around the territory of park-hotel "Golden Beach", which is under construction. The walk will take 30-40 minutes at a very slow pace. Total for visiting about 4 hours, and if you still decide to sunbathe on sand, we safely go here for a day!
While sailing toward Khashevoye, a wonderful camping site "Three Bears" came across. Even from the water, without visiting it is seen as a beautiful and very comfortable.
