The Spit on the Pobeda-5 in Dnieper starts at the end of Boulevard of Glory. The map below shows the walking part. The rest of the spit is not walkable. It is possible to return only by the same road, because there is no connection with other parts of the promenade. The length of the spit is about 2500 meters. At the end of the spit is a beautiful view of the open Dnieper. Along the spit is a road of concrete slabs. Vehicular traffic is limited by passes, it is essentially on foot. You can enter the spit from the bridge. On one side are gorgeous views of the yacht club / Prydniprovsk and downtown Dnipro on the other. If you walk from the Boulevard of Glory, on the left every 5 meters will be "fishing pockets. On the right hand - solid picnic spots. Beautiful dense vegetation and clean sand. But you have to walk to get to these places... That's why people have picnics here, but not very many of them) There are always lots of people walking along the spit, especially on weekends in the evening - like in a market! Despite the fact that the walk is essentially places without views, but it does not make the walk any worse. There is a kind of romantic atmosphere of tranquility! Maybe due to the planting of aspen trees, which simply pull out all the negative emotions and set up a better change).
