Crimea is a great place for a varied vacation
Depending on the chosen region, it may be a beach holiday on the golden sand or medium-sized pebbles, hiking in the mountains or explore the ancient cities. All the charms and disadvantages are one - it is a resort of no world importance. The plus is that you still have the opportunity to visit places without the crowds, but the minus for some may be underdeveloped service and infrastructure. Lodging is represented mainly by private individuals - apartments and houses for rent. Private individuals offer a selection of housing at the train and bus stations, as well as in areas where tourists congregate. Lodging is also offered along the highways and highways. Public transport is equally well developed, intercity and local. However, it is certainly better to explore the Crimea on your own car, due to the remote location of the interesting places from each other.
Peculiarities of the Crimea:
- Crimea by natural landscapes is so beautiful that it can safely be compared to Greece, Turkey, France, etc.
- Crimean mountains are some of the best mountains in the world) They conceal a lot of trails that you can walk even on their own, without resorting to the guide. All the mountains are not rocky, unlike Turkey, and covered with dense forests, mostly conifers. This is why the whole South Coast of the Crimea has a noble scent of pine needles.
- Sandy beaches are the regions to the west and east - Evpatoria and Feodosia.
- Pebble beaches are all along the southern coast of the Crimea - from Alushta to Foros. Who does not like "sand on teeth, in hair and everywhere", that will estimate average sizes of a smooth pebble. In the day she the truth heats up tremendously, but it is possible to put on slippers for swimming. And in region Alupka, a pebble reaches the size of boulders, it already not so cheerful)).
- Mixed beaches consist of shell, sand and small pebbles - intermediate regions.
- Black Sea, which washes the coast of the Crimea, is not particularly distinctive azure and warm water. However, you may like the low salinity, which does not cause tingling and tingling of the skin after bathing.
- A great sunrise out of the water is Feodosia, the solar disk with the hissing goes into the sea near Evpatoria.
On the eastern coast of Crimea must visit: Koktebel, Sudak and Novy Svet.
These places are very picturesque in terms of natural landscapes and have their own historical values.
Koktebel is the beginning of the Crimean mountains on the coast. According to a subjective feeling Koktebel can be attributed to the places of power. Once you get here, you begin to feel calm and peaceful. There chic pebble beaches, promenade and walks in the mountains. Walks along the Kara-Dag reserve start from Schebetovka. You can also take a walk from Ordzhonikidze village to Koktebel. You can visit this region for walks either at the end of May or till the middle of October. When the weather is warm, without the scorching sun. But it is worth remembering that nature will certainly be more beautiful in May, so after the summer all the vegetation will be yellow - scorched summer sun. In summer you can safely go here for a great belly and beach vacation. In the fall you will find a feast of wine - there are many vineyards and wineries Koktebel produces excellent wines.
Sudak is a tourist and resort city. It combines a long strip of beach with a promenade. The main attraction is the Genoese fortress. The view from the fortress is panoramic. You can visit the city at any time of year. And of course the proximity of the New World bribes.
Novy Svet is not just a name! According to the feelings of the place, it's really something unusual. You feel a strong burst of energy, especially on the mountain Koba-Kaya. If you want a beach holiday, most likely you are not here. In the settlement there are only three bays, with small beaches. In the near availability of the city beach, which in the season will be "as sprats in a jar. Also, finding lodging in the season can also be a problem. In New World you need to come in September - October. If you want you can even swim, the water has not yet had time to cool down a lot. But you can go for a walk! The main attraction is the Golitsyn trail - it is a must-visit. You must go to Cape Kapchik, in order to admire the panorama of the embankment and climb to the Oba-Kaya - there really is a panorama of the New World! And of course the highlight is a factory of luxury champagne wines. You will learn a lot about grapes, their varieties and how to make champagne. Be sure to come to Novy Svet).
First in the south of the Crimea, you will be greeted by sunny Alushta
Visit Alushta is worthwhile, in order to form your own opinion) We visited Alushta twice - in spring and summer, but the inspiration and delight of it did not feel. And here's what a lot of emotions, this is Mount Demerdzhi. If you like walking in the mountains, then you should definitely come. If you do not like to walk long, you can visit at least the Valley of Ghosts - this is the southern slope of Demerdzhi mountain. About this place there are all sorts of legends) And in fact in this region there is a powerful positive energy. There you can walk or ride horses. In summer it is certainly hot, but in spring when Alushta is foggy and gray, the bright spring sun shines in the village Luchistoe!
Also relatively in this region there is another great sight - the caves of Chatyr-Dag, namely Marble, Red and Emine-Bair-Khosar. It is necessary to visit - it takes your breath away from the scale and beauty of natural phenomena (stalactites and stalagmites).
To the south are two Crimean gems - Partenit and Gurzuf.
Villages are located on both sides of the Bear Mountain. Each village is truly beautiful, although the beach they are not particularly can be called, as in principle all the settlements of the South Coast. But the views and the atmosphere is fully consistent with the southern coast of Crimea. Cult attractions are not. There are ecological trails for walks on the sides of the bear.
"Greater Yalta" is essentially what is called Crimea, and more specifically the southern coast of Crimea (SBC).
Yalta is the center of the region. On the whole if you haven't seen Yalta you haven't seen the Crimea! With the beaches here is certainly tight, but the views around delightful! Smells and nature delight! Yalta embankment need to visit not so much in the day as in the evening!!! Evening lights in Yalta leave a real mark in the soul! Sightseeings of local scale there are enough in every village and city:
- Yalta - Promenade and Dolphinarium "Aquatorium".
- Nikita - Botanical Garden
- Massandra - Massandra Palace and winery of elite wines.
- Livadia - Livadia Palace and park
- Gaspra - Swallow's Nest
- Alupka - Vorontsov palace and park
From the sights that give emotions, you can highlight:
- Ai-Petri Mountain with the cableway from Miskhor or the road to it from Yalta / Livadia. There is a panorama of the whole of Bolshaya Yalta.
- Botkin's Path with panoramic views of Yalta.
- Big Canyon with the road to it from Yalta.
The western region of the South Coast of the Crimea: Simeiz - Foros is buried in verdure
A minus of this region is underdeveloped infrastructure. However, if you like nature and mountains, you will appreciate these places.
- There is a good enough water park "Blue Lagoon" with salt water in the area Ponizovka - Katsiveli (Blue Lagoon).
- Simeiz is worth visiting in order to admire the views from Cat Mountain and the Diva rocks. The settlement itself is not very convenient for recreation.
- Foros is a great place for a beach vacation. But the main attraction is the Temple of the Resurrection, which offers gorgeous panoramic views.
Sevastopol itself is uninspiring, but in its vicinity are truly iconic places:
- Balaclava Bay, a beautiful promenade and panoramic views from the Genoese fortress Cembalo. Visiting this place gives inspiration.
- Cape Fiolent - in the summer season here you can not even go, everything will be crowded. But in the fall to visit this place just need. That the views are beautiful, the wind is strong, the spirit of the local energy captures! The place just crashes into memory on the subcortex!!!
- Bakhchisaray - lovers of mountains and mountain walks on convenient paths, ancient cities and beautiful nature is dedicated ... Be sure to visit this city.
- Inkerman - the eponymous plant of dry wines of excellent quality!
"A little" further is Cape Tarkhankut with absolutely extraordinary alien species) is worth a visit, and again in late spring or early fall. The place holds the power of nature! Or again it is connected with a wind and simply captures a spirit)
There are a lot of magical places in the world, but people themselves with time turn them with their presence into something ordinary and dragged out. There are excellent places, but a large number of people reduces to 0 all energy. So the Crimea, still remains pure nature and in some places you can get great emotions, well, and photos)
