The embankment in Kamenskoye

On the right bank in Kamenskoye there is a real beach in the area of Dneprostroy).

About 10 years ago it even functioned as a full beach. But now in the summer the water is so blooming and smelly that it makes it impossible to have a beach vacation there. Near a huge plant DMK, which affects not only the beach, but the entire ecology of the city(.

To get to the beach you can take a car to the water, as indicated on the map below. In the spring and fall, it is a great place to walk and bike. You can walk/drive from point 1 to 2. There is a bridge in the middle, over which car traffic is limited by a barrier and cannot pass without permission, but for pedestrians and cyclists the road is open. There used to be a pantone bridge and crossing was possible up to the left bank bridge. Now there is a ford across the water (on the map there is a red cross). For a leisurely stroll on foot, the dwell time will be about 1 hour. Infrastructure is not at all, but at least everything is clean and well-groomed, there are even benches.
